  • Orders through this website are exclusively available for delivery within Chennai city limits.
  • Only addresses with postal codes beginning with “600” are eligible for order placement and delivery.
  • The website will not process or accept orders for any other pin codes outside this range.
  • If an order is placed from an ineligible location, it will be automatically cancelled, and any payment made will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

3. Products and Orders

  • All products shown on the website are subject to availability.
  • Product colors, textures, and images may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
  • Hash Shoppe reserves the right to cancel or modify any order in case of stock unavailability, technical errors, or fraudulent activity.
  • A confirmation email or message will be sent once the order is successfully placed.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made through our secure online Razorpay payment gateway.
  • Hash Shoppe does not store or access customer payment details directly.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed within 2 business days.
  • Deliveries are handled only within eligible Chennai (600xxx) pin codes.
  • Hash Shoppe is not responsible for delays caused by courier or delivery partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen situations.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Customers must raise a return or replacement request within  days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
  • Certain product categories (like personalized or hygiene-related items) may not be eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, text, product designs, and images on hashshoppe.org are the property of Hash Shoppe.
  • Reproduction, modification, or unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Hash Shoppe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or service interruption.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
